March 17th 2023 Village of Edam NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the Village of Edam for the year 2023 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor, by appointment only from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the following days: Tuesday to Friday, March 17th to April 21, 2023. Please call the office at 306-397-2223 or email edamvill@sasktel.net to make an appointment. A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required. Any person wishing to discuss the Notice of Assessment or potential appeal may contact the Assessor at the Village of Edam, Box 203, Edam, SK S0M 0V0, phone 306-397-2223. A Notice of Appeal, accompanied by a $200.00 fee for each assessment being appealed must be filed with The Secretary of the Board of Revision, Marlene Hassard, Western Municipal Consulting Ltd., Box 149, Meota, SK.
