Village of Edam

The Village of Edam situated 60 kilometres northwest of North Battleford on Highway 26, is a 'Little Bit of Holland in Saskatchewan' where a friendly community waits to welcome visitors.

As you near Edam, you will notice a mixture of pasture and cropland, as well as a large number of black oil tanks standing against the horizon. You will also see a unique 6.7-metre Dutch windmill that was erected in 1980 as a point of interest stop to recognize the original Dutch settlers.
